摘要: Botrytis cinerea is a phytopathogenic fungus that causes large crop and post-harvest losses. Therefore, new effective strategies are needed to control the disease reduce resistance fungicides. Modulating pathogenicity virulence by manipulating microbial communication promising strategy. This mechanism, called Quorum Sensing (QS), has already been reported in bacteria yeasts; however, it not yet studied B. cinerea. To establish existence of this biochemical process cinerea, we prepared extracts at different growth times (D1-D12), which were applied fresh cultures same fungi. The chemical analysis obtained from several fermentations showed compositions biological activities. We confirmed presence phytotoxins, as well compounds 1-phenylethanol 3-phenylpropanol. Day five extract (0.1%) inhibited conidia germination elongation germ tubes, day seven (1%) produced greatest phytotoxic effect tomato leaves, nine was sporulation inhibitor. In contrast, days 7, 9, 12 fermentation (0.1% 0.01%) promoted pellet biofilm formation. Sporulation slightly induced 0.01%, while 0.1% there great inhibition. At highest concentrations, biocidal detected, but lowest, observed QS-like effect, regulating processes such filamentation, morphogenesis, pathogenesis. These results activity composition suggest mechanism could lead non-biocidal alternatives for its through interference mechanisms
