摘要: Abstract The aim of this study was to fabricate flowable resin composites, by incorporating Farnesol loaded Halloysite Nanotubes (Fa-HNT) as a filler and evaluate their physicochemical well biological properties. Chemical morphological characterization antibacterial filler, Fa-HNT were performed using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), Scanning (SEM). mixed into composite material consisting methacrylate monomers dental glass fillers at concentrations 1–20% (wt./wt.). It observed that addition mass fractions causes enhancement compressive strength flexural modulus the composite. However, it significantly decreases degree conversion. A significant activity with increase in area zone inhibition against strains Streptococcus mutans (S. mutans). There no cytotoxicity composites on NIH-3T3 (mouse embryonic fibroblast cells) cell lines. favourable integration mechanical properties achieved from 7 13 wt% which is desirable dentistry.
