摘要: Purpose: Hysteroscopy can be used both to diagnose and treat intrauterine pathologies. It is well known that hysteroscopy helps improve reproductive outcomes by treating pathologies. However, it uncertain whether helpful in the absence of This study aimed confirm improves infertile women without pathologies. Methods: We conducted a systematic review 11 studies retrieved from Ovid-MEDLINE, Ovid-Embase, Cochrane Library. Two independent investigators extracted data risk-of-bias tools (RoB 2.0 ROBINS-I) assess their quality. Results: Diagnostic prior vitro fertilization (IVF)/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) was associated with higher clinical pregnancy rate (CPR) live birth (LBR) than non-hysteroscopy patients recurrent implantation failure (RIF) (odds ratio, 1.79 1.46; 95% confidence interval, 1.40-2.30 1.08-1.97 for CPR LBR, respectively) while hysteroscopy first IVF ineffective. The overall meta-analysis LBR showed statistically significant findings RIF, but subgroup analysis effects only prospective cohorts 1.40 1.47; 0.62-3.16 1.04-2.07 randomized controlled trials cohorts, respectively). Therefore, should interpreted carefully further research needed. Conclusion: Although warranted, may considered as diagnostic treatment option infertile who have experienced RIF regardless finding enables nurses educate support IVF/ICSI.
