摘要: The binding of a few molecules [1-6] RNA bacteriophage coat protein to 1 molecule represses in vitro translation the synthetase cistron. Digestion complex, R17 protein-R17 RNA, by T1 RNase yields an fragment bound protein. nucleotide sequence this (59 residues) reveals that it contains punctuation signal between and cistrons, suggesting is site on where acts as translational repressor.
