摘要: In this review, we focus on recent discoveries regarding the molecular basis of cleavage furrow positioning and contractile ring assembly contraction during cytokinesis. However, some these mechanisms might have different degrees importance in organisms. This synthesis attempts to uncover common themes reveal potential relationships that contribute biochemical mechanical aspects Because information about cytokinesis is still fairly rudimentary, our goal not present a definitive model but testable hypotheses lead better mechanistic understanding process.
