摘要: Abstract. The incorporation of the quinolone antibacterials oxolinic acid and sarafloxacin into Artemia fransciscana subsequently turbot, Scophthalmus maximus (L.), was quantified, therapeutic efficacy bioencapsulated drugs against challenge with Vibrio anguillarum 8587 investigated. Five-week-old turbot were fed for 10 days enriched either or sarafloxacin. Therapeutic concentrations reached both (11.8 μg per gram fresh weight: 1.8 weight). Both treatments proved effective challenge, V. anguillarum-specific mortality rates 6 14% in treated groups, respectively, compared 75% infected control. However, drug by brine shrimp extremely low (<1%), therefore, bioencapsulation cannot be considered as an appropriate method to reduce impact on environment.
