摘要: Succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor (SDHI) fungicides are important tools to control preharvest and postharvest brown rot of stone fruits. In this study we determined the mycelial growth rate Monilinia fructicola isolates on various media picked three that allowed fastest assess sensitivity mycelium SDHI boscalid, fluopyram, penthiopyrad. Minimal medium (MM) supported best yielded lowest EC50 values for fungicides. corresponded with disease incidence data obtained from detached fruit assays. Penthiopyrad had significantly greater intrinsic activity in vitro compared fluopyram at α = 0.05 level boscalid α = 0.1 level. However, assays revealed ‘advantage’ did not carry over vivo. conclusion, MM appears be currently available M. fructicola vitro.
