摘要: Boscalid is a new fungicidal compound registered against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in different crops several European countries. For sustainable use of this compound, the sensitivity target pathogen has to be observed. A mycelial growth test tissue culture plates with liquid YBA medium was developed for rapid and reliable determination. Isolates never exposed boscalid field isolates from oilseed rape beans, which had been isolated after market introduction mainly fields treatments, were monitored their sensitivity. All totally inhibited within 1.0 mg active ingredient/1. The frequency distribution ED 50 values similar both those collected 2006.
