摘要: Abstract We examined the clinical and laboratory factors related to natural disappearance of hepatitis C virus (HCV) RNA by multiple logistic analysis after two rounds testing in H town (3708 subjects) from 1990 1996. Liver function parameters, HBsAg anti-HCV antibodys were determined sera. In HCV seropositive individuals, abdominal ultrasonography, where appropriate, genotype level determinations performed. Among 517 RNA-positive subjects first screening, 270 could be tested an average interval 4.3 years. Of these, 235 (87%) at second screening (positive persisted) 35 (13%) had become negative (seroconversion negative). The rate serum was estimated as 2.8% per year. Significant independent were: levels (below 1.0 Meq ml −1 ); alanine aminotransferase 30 IU l ) zinc turbidity test 7.9 KU). These should help elucidating mechanisms exclusion host, predicting prognostication patient selection for interferon therapy.
