摘要: Nowadays, the emerging wireless communication technologies cause rapid growth in radio spectrum usage. However, is a limited resource and has almost been fully assigned by current network operators (NOs). Although numerous studies have accomplished on management, there are rare evolutionary techniques dealing with booking cognitive radio. Instant Overbooking Framework for Cognitive Radio networks (IOFCR) used to maximize both utilization revenue of NOs under several over-booking pricing policies. In such network, when primary user (PU) activity sensed, control which requesting secondary users (SUs) can be denied Active SUs ejected managed IOFCR. this paper, Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm applied into IOFCR find optimal values price Compensation Cost (CC) ratio optimize achieve high performance.
