摘要: This study was designed to evaluate the effect of mycoplasma contamination on acid hydrolase activity and action removal agent (MRA), in cultures human fibroblasts from individuals with lysosomal diseases. For this purpose, we measured β-galactosidase, arylsulphatase B (ASB), hexosamini- dase A α-glucosidase enzymes. The above mentioned enzymes contaminated by before after addition MRA. results were then compared enzymatic contamination-free cultures. Only ASB enzyme showed significant alteration both presence remaining did not suffer interference two agents. Of four tested, three alterations nor However, increased significantly MRA could lead a doubtful diagnosis. Therefore, suggest that contami- nation should be prevented using aseptic techniques as well those fibroblast cannot discarded.
