摘要: Mycoplasma contamination of cultured cells may cause considerable interference with their behaviour and metabolism. Whether or not mycoplasma are actually taken up by in vitro has long been a matter dispute. In the present study were shown to be phagocytosed feline lung fibroblasts end lysosomal vacuome cells, where organisms only partially degraded hydrolytic enzymes leading rapid (within few days) accumulation secondary lysosomes residual body variety. It is thus obvious that studies on structure function possible if precautions avoid cultures become contaminated mycoplasma.
