摘要: The overexpression of fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) 2 is an established prognostic and treatment target in gastric cancer. However, the roles other FGFRs have not been fully elucidated. In this study, we investigated correlations expression FGFR1-4 with clinicopathological characteristics outcomes Tumor samples were obtained from 222 patients adenocarcinoma who underwent gastrectomy between 2003 2007. each FGFR was measured tumors by immunohistochemical analysis. FGFR1, FGFR2 or FGFR4 found to be significantly associated tumor progression, including depth invasion, lymph node metastasis, pathological stage distant metastasis recurrent disease. Patients exhibiting had a poorer disease-specific survival (DSS; P<0.001, P=0.008 respectively). Moreover, co-overexpression all three DSS compared none only one (P<0.001 P=0.001, respectively) it independent (HR=1.71, 95% CI: 1.02-2.85, P=0.041). conclusion, high progression poor Similar FGFR2, FGFR1 may considered as factors targets
