摘要: A large number of coactivators and corepressors are required for regulating programs gene expression in a transcription factor- gene-specific manner, suggesting that they serve as both sensors integrators signaling information to coordinate complex homeostatic responses. central emerging goal regulation is fully understand the roles previously unrecognized non-coding RNAs regulated programs. Here, we report RNA-binding protein, TLS, serves key transcriptional regulatory sensor DNA damage signals by specifically binding allosterically inhibiting CBP/p300 HAT activities on repressed targets. Recruitment TLS CCND1 promoter -specific repression directed RNA transcripts from 5' regions CCND1, acting molecular beacons themselves induced response signals. These data suggest units may act selective ligands, recruiting modulating distinct classes co-regulators specific programs, providing an unexpected RNA- based strategy integrate
