摘要: Summary The concentrations of four common taxoids: baccatin III, paclitaxel, cephalomannine and 10-deacetyl-baccatin III (10-DAB III) were measured in fresh needles stems Taxus baccata L. during the late autumn-spring period (November '96 — April '97) which has not been investigated to date this species. Baccatin paclitaxel 10-DAB present on surface twigs 8–26 μg/1000 g (fresh weight). Changes levels inside showed similar trends over period. From November March total level taxoids differed between stems, same only April. Total stable from December March. highest whole analysed measured, as well except for samples collected when higher. usually lowest. These results confirm that epigenetic factors collection (and thus phyllogenesis) kind plant tissue determine taxoid T. . opposite patterns changes cephalomannine, especially needles, suggest a possible role biosynthetic pathway less polar with side-chain at position C-13. As well, owing thermolability taxoids, influence low temperatures January could explain observed respectively.
