摘要: Abstract Palmityl coenzyme A was found to inhibit and inactivate both purified yeast crude rat liver glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase. The enzyme inhibited 50% at a concentration of 0.0031 mm. inhibition strictly competitive reversible with respect the mixed type TPN. Bovine serum albumin hydroxylamine prevented reversed inhibition, but no restoration activity possible once became inactivated.
