摘要: ABSTRACTThe purpose of this pilot study was to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness a yoga program as an adjunctive therapy for improving post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms in Veterans with military-related PTSD. (n = 12) participated 6 week intervention held twice week. There significant improvement PTSD hyperarousal overall sleep quality well daytime dysfunction related sleep. were no improvements total PTSD, anger, or life outcome scores. These results suggest that may be effective including quality. This demonstrates is acceptable, feasible, there good adherence Veteran population.
