摘要: Pregnancy in women with end-stage renal disease is rare. Multiple pregnancies carry a high risk of complications even healthy individuals. We report the case 36-year-old woman who had four while she was on dialysis, including one twin pregnancy. The last pregnancy occurred 14th year hemodialysis. At 8 weeks gestation (WG), ultrasonography diagnosed dichorionic diamniotic frequency dialysis increased from 3 to 6 times week and each session lasted 4 h. 22 WG, polyhydramnios diagnosed. 25 patient presented respiratory distress transferred intensive care where continuous hemodialysis, non-invasive ventilation, antibiotic tocolysis were initiated. Because failure, cesarean section performed delivered male twins. two newborns weighed 790 870 g, respectively. To our knowledge, this first hemodialysis incidence better outcome patients has recent years but tight coordination between nephrologists obstetricians essential.
