摘要: Most published reports indicate that intensified hemodialysis results in better pregnancy outcomes. Here we studied clinical characteristics and the outcomes of 28 pregnant women receiving hemodialysis. We found an association between maternal blood data birth weight, gestational age There were 18 surviving infants who followed up for one year. In others there 4 spontaneous abortions, 1 stillbirth, 3 neonatal deaths 2 after birth. Analysis chemistry 20 pregnancies from 12 weeks gestation until delivery showed average hemoglobin level was significantly higher group successfully delivered than unsuccessful group. significant negative relationships urea nitrogen (BUN) weight or latter cohort. A equal to greater 1500 g a exceeding 32 corresponded BUN levels 48–49 mg/dl less. Whether low is direct cause improved outcome remains be examined.
