摘要: This study examined whether color perception is atypical in children with autism. In experiment 1, accuracy of memory and search was compared for autism typically developing matched on age non-verbal cognitive ability. Children were significantly less accurate at than controls. 2, chromatic discrimination categorical assessed using a target detection task. controls detecting targets when presented backgrounds, although equally as fast accurate. The strength did not differ the two groups. Implications theories perceptual development are discussed.
