摘要: Capillary zone electrophoresis can be used to determine mobilities and diffusion coefficients for analytes. Mobilities are determined from measurements of migration times. Correction electroosmotic flow must made by measuring the magnitude using an uncharged marker substance. Diffusion measured peak widths analyte bands. Care taken in these measure- ments that concentration does not overload system perturb axial homogeneity electric field strength. Analyte also adsorb surface capillary. Finally, capillary should operated with a power dissipation is low enough minimal heating occurs. electro- phoresis offers some advantages over other methods determining coefficients. These include requirement only small quantities at relatively concentrations capability making on several substances simultaneously mixtures.
