摘要: Nanotube transistors are coated with optically responsive agents to form optoelectronic detectors. In response illumination, an electronic property of the inventive detector changes from one value another. It retains new when illumination is removed, so that remembers having been illuminated. The can be reset by changing a gate voltage. Spectral detectors changed using different as coating. Multiple combined on substrate discriminates between radiation wavelengths.
