摘要: The literature pertaining to experimental malabsorption syndromes induced in laboratory animals is reviewed and the relationships between these human are discussed. Particular attention paid functional studies structure function. discussed include effect of anti-mitotic drugs, including colchicine (which may have a distinct inhibitory on intestinal disaccharidases therefore provide mode for disaccharide intolerance); ionising radiation; damage from triparanol, its relationship gluten enteropathy; response intestine ischaemia shock; finally neomycin, drug that has provoked symptoms man which never been satisfactorily explained nor reproduced animal studies.
