摘要: Long non-coding RNA (LncRNA) brain-derived neurotrophic factor antisense (BDNF-AS) has been found to be down-regulated and function in a tumor suppressive role human cancers. However, the expression status of BDNF-AS is still unknown osteosarcoma (OS). In our study, was decreased OS tissues cells. Moreover, low correlated with advanced Enneking stage, large size poor prognosis patients. The multivariate analysis suggested an independent unfavorable prognostic for overall survival vitro studies indicated that overexpression inhibits cell proliferation promotes apoptosis through regulating cleaved caspase-3. conclusion, serves as lncRNA OS.
