A quantitative study of magnetic interactions between a micro-magnet array and individual magnetic micro-particles by scanning particle force microscopy

摘要: Magnetic particle force microscopy has been used to measure magnetic interactions between an array of thermomagnetically patterned hard micro-magnets and both superparamagnetic microspheres. Maximum interaction forces are experienced when the microspheres scan over interface reversed non-reversed zones, where stray field produced by micro-magnet is maximum. Comparison experimental simulated maps spheres validate assumptions concerning remanent magnetisation depth zones. This information in turn deduce content nanoparticles spheres. Asymmetries attributed (i) existence a weak in-plane component (ii) fact that transition two regions with opposite magnetization direction not abrupt.
