摘要: Background: Adult‐onset Still's disease (AOSD) is considered a rare disease, but few data exist on the incidence and prevalence of AOSD. This study has analysed epidemiology, presentation, outcome AOSD in stable homogeneous population Northern Norway.Methods: A retrospective cohort all patients registered 1990–2000 at only hospital region with Rheumatology Service. Clinical diagnosis exclusion were directed by Yamaguchi criteria for Demographic clinical baseline extracted from patient records supplemented gathered control visits.
