摘要: The fluorescent dyes 6-carboxyfluorescein and fluorescein glutamylglutamic acid, which move freely in theEgeria densa leaf symplast, fail to from cells subjected plasmolysis, demonstrating that plasmolysis disrupts symplastic continuity. Dye movements begins again within 10 minutes of removal the osmoticum becomes more extensive with increasing recovery time. re-established links show a number distinctive features compared untreated leaves: up 1678 dalton can pass, normal limit 665 dalton; Ca2+ ions, completely inhibit dye movement cells, only reduce extent movement. Aromatic amino acids their conjugates prevent intercellular cells. In deplasmolysed aromatic freely. increased symplast permeability persists for at least 20 hours. Thus, after followed by deplasmolysis, shows marked increase associated an molecular exclusion limit, indicating pore size, relatively insensitive ions or conjugates.
