摘要: This book bears witness to quantum leaps in the knowledge of plasmodesmal structure, functioning and function. At same time, much is still obscure. Any overview literature on plasmodesmata reveals a multitude untouched areas, uncertainties, uncertified assumptions controversies. The number those pertaining basic issues striking. One tempted believe, therefore, that we are only beginning explore amazing properties plasmodesmata. In this chapter, an attempt made list some unresolved questions. Several them discussed more extensively following chapters, while others touched upon or hardly taken into consideration. Our goal here identify few challenging areas sketch prospects future research.
