摘要: Abstract A comparison has been made of the metabolism lysolecithin by homogenates two types phagocytic cells which differ in their intermediary metabolic pathways, polymorphonuclear leukocytes and alveolar macrophages obtained from rabbits. Using labeled with 32P [1-14C]labeled fatty acid, evidence was for direct conversion to lecithin synthetic mechanisms: At physiologic pH at low concentration acylation accounts formation. The extent properties this enzymatic activity appear closely similar macrophages. In addition, confirming an earlier report, acid higher concentration, reaction 2 → glycerylphosphorylcholine operates leukocyte homogenates. This activity, contrast acylating is not sedimented centrifugation 100000 × g 1 h, does require addition ATP CoA produces much more lecithin. Compared leukocytes, macrophage have a smaller capacity concentrations. all concentrations studied, lecithin-forming dependent on added h. No definite conclusion reached concerning separate occurrence transfer (2 glycerylphosphorylcholine). As previously shown also contain phospholipase (EC 3.1.1.4) lysolecithinase 3.1.1.5) activities.
