摘要: In Mediterranean areas, forest fires are a considerable risk most years. The seasonality of the climate with dry summer, high temperatures and low rainfall (which implies increased flammability materials) is one main factors in ignition progression fires. This factor conjugated more favourable biophysical conditions (e.g., slopes, aspect) leads to easy propagation increasingly destructive power such phenomena. To prevent reduce consequences fires, it necessary simulate forecast territory use management, not only focused on but also all land uses agricultural activities that may coexist there, considering probability fire occurrence. objective this paper present methodological approach address integration integrated management models. considers simultaneously climatic through different times year (more or less damage) structural addressed uses, aspect, slope, roads demographic density. was implemented area located Algarve, southern Portugal. results for Algarve region showed proposed very useful managers, since allowed calculation susceptibility, vulnerability damage, according several scenarios. It incorporation paths regarding minimization due damage responses.
