摘要: The study of cardiac function is important issue in physiological and biological sciences has relevant implications for clinical practice. interpretation the whole-heart experiments complicated by multi-cellular interactions. This work devoted to development biomechanical tests studying force-length passive viscoelastic properties intact single muscle cells using a glue-free carbon fiber technique. developed allow analyzing force-length, total active relations beating cardiomyocyte applying step stretch protocol. protocols also can be used investigate detail hysteresis sawtooth release commands on resting cell. tracking allows one not only changes tension amplitude, but delay between micromanipulator movement cell response or energy dissipation specifying properties. Thus, are powerful research tools biomechanics at level.
