摘要: Brachial plexus injury is an unusual and under-recognised complication of coronary artery bypass grafting especially when internal mammary harvesting takes place. It believed to be due sternal retraction resulting in compression the brachial plexus. Although majority cases are transient, there where permanent may have severe implications as illustrated accompanying case history.
