摘要: Brachial plexopathy may be caused by malpositioning during surgery when the body’s protective mechanism is lost under general anaesthesia. It second commonest nerve injury reported in anaesthetized patient. The exact incidence colorectal unclear but there have been numerous cases of brachial as an adverse event following surgery. Although it widely believed that these injuries are preventable paying special attention to vulnerable areas patient positioning and careful intraoperative monitoring, appears still occur.
