Cancer bronchique de la femme et de la femme enceinte : vers une origine hormonale ?

摘要: Resume Introduction En France, l’incidence du cancer bronchique chez la femme connait une croissance exponentielle, qui en fait le quatrieme terme d’incidence et second de mortalite. Etat des connaissances Le feminin presente particularites dans son epidemiologie, sa presentation radioclinique, ses types anatomopathologiques, pronostic reponse aux traitements. accord avec ces constatations cliniques, il apparait que l’oncogenese repond a mecanismes originaux. Nous developperons cette revue les singularites genetiques hormonales ce nous basant sur travaux epidemiologiques biologiques recemment publies. Par ailleurs, detaillerons caracteristiques enceinte partir d’un cas clinique personnel d’une litterature. Conclusion perspectives Les recents suggerent cancers bronchiques sont entite part entiere dont implique alterations specifiques hormonodependance. Notre hypothese est qu’il doit etre possible d’identifier femmes porteuses neoplasies moleculaires profils hormonaux pouvant servir support un traitement cible specifique.
