摘要: Abstract Previous reports revealed that interleukin-1(IL-1) was involved in the process of premature labor cases with intrauterine infection. However, roles cytokine normal spontaneous remain uncertain. The present studies aimed at determining involvement prostaglandin (PG)E2 production during by third trimester decidual cells. cells were obtained time delivery (NVD) and elective cesarean section (ECS). NVD produced significantly more amount PGE2 than ECS both responded to addition IL-1β increase production. A specific inhibitor cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), NS398, decreased basal inhibited stimulatory effect IL-1f a dose dependent manner secreted IL-1 fl contained preprocessed 31kD inside recombinant soluble human receptor (type I) not only blocked on PG secretion, but reduced These results indicate depends upon COX-2 after onset labor. Besides it seems likely endogenously may be autocrine fashion inducing
