摘要: Upon ingestion, probiotics may act to protect the host through a number of protective mechanisms including modulation genes involved in intestinal innate mucosal defense such as epithelial cell-derived mucin glycoproteins and inhibitor apoptosis proteins. To determine specificity effect sustainability response vivo, Lactobacillus plantarum 299v (Lp299v), rhamnosus R0011 (LrR0011), Bifidobacterium bifidum R0071 (BbR0071) were added repeatedly or intermittently drinking water Sprague-Dawley rats. After killing rats via CO2 suffocation, Muc2, Muc3, neuronal protein (NAIP), human 1/cellular 2 (HIAP1/cIAP2), 2/cellular 1 (HIAP2/cIAP1) mRNA levels analyzed RT-PCR immunohistochemistry. Live Lp299v, BbR0071, LrR0011 increased Muc3 expression jejunum ileum. Heat-killed nonadherent derivative Lp299v failed induce expression. did HIAP2/cIAP1 NAIP was elevated for 5 d after oral administration Lp299v; however, this not sustained despite ongoing daily ingestion probiotic. Intermittent pulse probiotics, found increase We conclude that selected can cells, an is reproducible with probiotic administration.
