摘要: Background: The treatment of soft tissue defects the foot is a problem mainly connected to thickness coverage tissues, poor circulation, and frequent involvement muscle, tendon, bone. authors present their experience with sural flap, also in some particular cases. Materials Methods: treated 33 patients for small- medium-size foot, caused by work, home, road accidents, venous or diabetic ulcers. In all cases, flap was cut its fasciocutaneous variant; an extension sole portion fascia added 5 patients. transferred under subcutaneous tunnel 10 open incision 20 3 cases pedicle kept external 4 weeks, then resected. Results: One patient showed complete necrosis another superficial preserving deep fascia; remaining 31 incorporated without any major complication. provided...
