摘要: The authors describe their additional experience with the distally based sural island flap for reconstruction of whole foot, including forefoot area in 8 patients. is vascularized by lowermost perforating branches peroneal artery. skin can be elevated, on lesser saphenous vein and its accompanying arteries, all parts region.
