摘要: The contamination of water, soil, and sediments with toxic metals has been will continue to be a major environmental problem that needs dealt with. In more recent years, the studies have concentrated on antioxidant stress response characterization in wide range plant species. effects many different published, but all consistently addressed very similar problems investigated basic parameters. These kinds are important as they allow verification sensitivities species distinct metals, eventually indicating specific biomarkers stressful situations. However, metal-induced need new approaches likely increase our understanding how these elements affect metabolism identify modifications needed improve adaptation tolerance. New techniques greatly improved identification, localization, quantification within tissues led science metallomics. This advancement knowledge should plants used process phytoremediation soils contaminated metals. this chapter, we discuss use study propose integrated action among areas field metallomics other “omics.”
