摘要: The effect of heavy metal stress as a potent abiotic elicitor for triggering an accumulation jasmonic acid (JA) was investigated. Copper and cadmium in vivo conditions induced jasmonates mature leaves Arabidopsis thaliana young oldest Phaseolus coccineus plants. dynamics jasmonate showed biphasic character both In the first phase, after 7 (A. thaliana) or 14h (P. coccineus) exposure to Cu Cd, rapid increase JA level occurred, followed by decrease observed during successive hours. next repeated but slow content occurred. particular more stable (3R,7R) form jasmonates. These results indicate that is connected with mechanism toxic action metals plants, differentially reacting exogenous possessing variable depending on plants studied well their growth stage.
