摘要: Abstract Many countries are changing their legislation to enable photovoltaic (PV) sharing beyond building boundaries. This work aims investigate the profitability and optimal installation capacities of PV systems for energy communities (ECs) in comparison individual buildings. To gain a wide spectrum results, four characteristic settlement patterns with different types defined, ranging from urban suburban historical rural areas. Analytically, mixed-integer linear optimisation model is developed maximise net present value over time horizon 20 years. The results show that implementing optimally-sized increases when forming ECs compared situation considering buildings individually. more load profiles, synergy effects, higher cost saving potential. Consequently, sensitivity analysis shows taking into account large customers can increase community significantly because roof/facade areas provided installation. In addition broad participant portfolio, change technology set-up have positive influence. Battery- hot water storage which complement heat pumps contribute costs, if only marginally.
