摘要: Two neonates with intestinal leiomyoma, one presenting obstruction and the other perforation peritonitis, were successfully managed local resection primary anastomosis. Review of literature suggests that smooth-muscle tumours in infancy behave a benign manner despite histological appearances suggestive malignancy. They are treated adequately by resection.
