Five showed symptoms compression cauda equina or spinal cord shortly after start combined morphine bupivacaine dosage usually not associated symptoms. Unexpectedly, evaluation suggested cord, which was confirmed radiographically. Manifestation new low dose infusion intrathecally might therefore be an early indicator space-occupying processes within canal patients.
