摘要: SUMMARY Most bilaterian animals have evolved a through gut that is regionally specialized along the anterior–posterior axis. In polychaete annelid, Capitella sp. I, alimentary canal subdivided into buccal cavity, pharynx, esophagus, midgut, and hindgut. Members of Fox GATA families transcription factors conserved functions in patterning ectodermal endodermal components. We isolated characterized expression one FoxA gene (CapI-foxA) four genes (CapI-gataB1, CapI-gataB2, CapI-gataB3, CapI-gataA1) from I. Both are expressed developing this polychaete. CapI-foxA, an ortholog subgroup, vegetal hemisphere micromeres cleavage-stage embryos, multiple blastomeres within surrounding blastopore during gastrulation, throughout morphogenesis The CapI-gataB group vertebrate GATA4/5/6 subfamily, appear to be products lineage-specific duplication, specific domains endomesoderm. CapI-gataB1 endoderm precursors midgut endoderm, particularly prominent at anterior posterior boundaries. CapI-gataB2 co-expressed with also visceral mesoderm. CapI-gataB3 limited coexpressed CapI-gataA1 groups GATA1/2/3 subfamily primarily tissues brain, ventral nerve cord, lateral trunk, both pharyngeal esophageal regions foregut. Collectively, CapI-foxA CapI-gata show patterns span almost entire length canal, consistent role development.
