摘要: Abstract Mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs), a group of serine-threonine kinases, play crucial role in immunoreaction response to extra environmental stresses. In this study, two novel MAPKs, Ec-ERK1 and Ec-ERK2, were identified from Epinephelus coioides. Both Ec-ERK2 sequences contain highly conserved Thr-Glu-Tyr (TEY) motif, an HRD domain, ATP binding loop containing GXGXXG. An analysis phylogenetic relationships demonstrated that ERK amino acid between different species indicating the functions may be similar. mRNA can detected all thirteen tissues examined, but expression level is these tissues. The patterns genes E. coioides also against Cryptocaryon irritans infection, which capable killing large numbers fish short time has serious impact on aquaculture. was up-regulated most with highest expressions (3.9 times) occurring head kidney (3.5 spleen. There no significant correlation Ec-ERK1/Ec-ERK2 nuclear factor kappaB (NF-kB). results indicated characters Ec-ERK1/ERK2 conserved, showed tissue-specific healthy grouper, their significantly varied post C. suggesting important roles during pathogen-caused inflammation.
