摘要: Purpose To compare the efficacy and safety of half-fluence vs half-dose photodynamic therapy (PDT) in chronic central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC). Design Multicenter retrospective comparison study. Methods Retrospective review 56 patients affected by CSC, including 28 (31 eyes) who received PDT (29 PDT. Best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), foveal thickness (CFT), resolution subretinal fluid on optical coherence tomography at 1 12 months were assessed. Results The mean logMAR BCVA improved significantly ( P = .04). At 12 months, a complete was achieved 26 half-fluence-treated eyes (83.9%) 29 half-dose-treated eyes (100%) = .0529). Nine (29%) group 5 (17.2%) had least recurrence during follow-up. Overall there 15 recurrences groups, respectively = .07). In no eye either groups atrophy retinal pigment epithelium observed area treatment. Conclusion Half-dose induced more rapid reabsorption fluid, lasting effect, equal with respect to
