摘要: Amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) analysis has been used to measure genetic diversity in perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) and relate intra- interpopulation variation breeding history. Cluster of AFLP data from contrasting populations showed features consistent with the origins these varieties. Significant differences intrapopulation were detected partial separation different cultivars was observed. Restricted base cultivars, derived small numbers foundation clones, suitable for this type study, allowing near complete discrimination closely related cultivars. Analysis bulked samples based on pooling genomic DNA 20 individuals 6 selected populations. produced a phenogram showing relationships results individual analysis. profiling provides an important tool detection quantification ryegrass.
