摘要: The method of transmission electron microscopy is used to study the dislocation structure in single crystals Ni 3 Fe ordered alloy for different degrees strain. [1812], [011], [111] and [001] crystal orientations are examined. superdislocation splitting (r) measured strain, distributions r constructed, their average values 〈r〉 estimated. 〈r〉-e curves constructed. With use experimental values, effective energy antiphase boundaries ζ*
