摘要: Several software requirements elicitation techniques exist and are used in the of software requirements. However, most limited that they only effective capturing voice of customer/user. They not their mind. There some kinds that stakeholders take for granted, expecting or apt to voice out. Such need special requirements approaches will probe psychology respondents so as succinctly collect the needed from them were necessary. Kano model provides a framework enables the elicitation these requirements. More so, it allows appropriate be elicited will lead satisfaction stakeholders if met dissatisfaction unmet. It categorizes based on quality attributes describes kind requirements elicited. The approach also, helps obtain perceived proposed product the customer/users’ point view. This method filter out do lead satisfaction of thus solution. method, though popular interdisciplinary field management, is seldom applied software engineering, especially elicitation. In this study, was elicitation of e-Ebola Awareness System. result analysis indicated stakeholders’ satisfying leads increase level potential users/customers would-be product. It also improvement such product viewpoint potential users/customers shown customer satisfaction coefficients self-stated importance ratings.
