摘要: This paper elaborates on the first results of an ongoing living lab project ‘smart’ city engagement and offers a theoretical, methodological empirical contribution to field user-driven innovation by describing crowdsourcing experiment conducted in collaboration with Ghent (Flanders). Our presented approach has double goal. First, it wants empower citizens systematically transforming relationship(s) between (as service users) local city-related governmental institutes providers) offering smart applications. Second, ambition go beyond reactively studying information systems as change agents pro-actively improve engineering that can contribute desired changes engagement.
